Building a Fast - Rising Functional Food Brand from the Ground Up
Challenge
In a saturated health and wellness market, launching a new functional food brand is never simple—especially one that aims to combine high performance with superior taste.
For Lab Nutrition, the challenge wasn’t just to bring another protein bar to market. It was to create an entirely new product line from scratch, overseeing everything from production and flavor profiling to branding, quality control, and positioning.
We also needed to expand and renew our sales channels—beyond convenience stores and kiosks—into pharmacies, gyms, delicatessens, and sports centers, while preparing for the brand’s international expansion.
